Sell on All Blue USA

All Blue USA is a wholesale marketplace for US retailers and resellers. Store owners compare every warehouse's landed price (price plus delivery) side by side and order from several warehouses in one cart. This guide walks a distributor or wholesaler from applying to getting paid.

Who can sell

  • Licensed distributors and wholesalers selling to businesses, not consumers.
  • General wholesale, convenience-store goods and smoke-shop accessories without nicotine. No tobacco, nicotine or vape products.
  • Every seller is verified by our team before they can list or sell.

1. Apply

Apply for access with your work email, then click the link in the verification email. On Business details, choose Distributor (I sell wholesale) and enter your legal business name and address.

2. Upload your documents

After you apply, your account page lists the documents we need to verify your business:

  • LLC / Corporation Documents: Articles of organization or incorporation
  • EIN Letter (IRS CP 575): IRS letter confirming your EIN
  • Resale / Sales-Tax Permit: State resale or sales-tax permit
  • Warehouse Photos: Photos of your warehouse (exterior and interior)

If you have them, these help too (optional):

  • Distributor / Wholesaler License: State or local distributor or wholesaler license, if required
  • State Tax Account: Proof of your state tax account (if applicable)
  • Business Insurance Certificate: Certificate of insurance for your business

PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files are accepted. Documents are private and only our team can view them.

3. Get approved

Our team reviews your documents once everything is in. We email you when your business is approved, and your warehouse tools unlock.

4. Set up your storefront

Under Profile, set what buyers see and how you deliver:

  • Display name and an optional description.
  • Minimum order and a flat delivery fee per order (0 means free delivery).
  • An optional order total for free delivery, your delivery days and a short route note.

5. List your products

  • Scan to add: enter a barcode. If another warehouse already carries the product, you only set your price and stock.
  • Bulk upload: add many listings at once from a CSV file.
  • My listings: keep price and stock current. Buyers compare you against every other warehouse serving their state.

Who sees a listing is decided by state rules for each product type and your location, so a product only shows to buyers who can legally receive it.

6. Fill orders

New orders appear under Orders. Accept the order, deliver it (or mark it ready for pickup), then mark it completed. Buyers can message you about an order, and any problem goes through the claims and disputes process.

7. Get paid

When a buyer pays, the money is held for that order. After you mark the order completed, it is released to you in full: there is no per-order fee. The only charge is $100 per new customer, on that buyer's first completed order with you; their repeat orders are free. Your Payouts page shows each payment, when it is released, and any new-customer fees.

Grow your sales

  • Deals: run a time-boxed price cut on your own listings. Buyers see a Deal badge with the old and new price.
  • RFQ board: quote on open requests from buyers in states you serve.
  • Promote: pay per click to appear in a labelled "Sponsored" row above search results. It never changes organic ranking.
